Hey everyone! My name is Chyanne Jones, and I am the Connections Plus PrEP Navigator for Step Up Inc. I started my career working with Step Up’s NHBS PWID cycle in May of 2024. I now work on the outreach and prevention team where we work with every community to improve health outcomes and strive to meet clients where they are to make healthcare more accessible. I want to make sure that everyone, especially underserved communities, gets the help that they need. PrEP is for everyone; it is available for you.
